A rather unexciting ISO, just the kernel and the isolinux bootloader really.
Its an incredible waste of a CD, but will work if floppy isn't available
(or you're incredibly impatient and hate floppy load times), or PXE isn't
an option either.

bsl-iso-environ.tar.gz

The layout tree of the ISO, with kernel and a script to rebuild the ISO
image. This of course will require mkisofs.
